I was connected with Joe via the Zillow app when I saw a home that I was interested in browsing. Joe always made himself available whether it was a weekday or weekend. The communication during the bidding and negotiating process was beyond my expectations. I would text Joe and have a response within minutes. He was great to work with and would highly recommend him. My one suggestion based on my recent purchase would be to make sure there is better communication between the settlement dates especially when making a contingent purchase. That caused a minor issue but doesn't negate the overall experience. Thank you Joe
